As long as you have a grasp of the English language, an internet connection and good grammar, you can write freelance to make a little money on the side. If you plan to stay for a long time in a certain location, why don’t you get a part-time job at the hotel you’re staying at? Hotels usually have jobs available for travelers like front desk work, room service work or entertainment positions. Apart from making money to fund your travels, you can meet new people and even get a hotel discount. It’s a win-win situation.
Be a travel blogger
Travel blogging is the perfect way to make money: You’ll get a chance to document your trip while making a quick buck. The trick to making your blog profitable is to display ads on it. If people click on the ads, you’ll make money. The more people read your blog, the better because there are higher chances of someone clicking an ad. If you have a product you can sell, then you are set for life. Starting an online store is an inexpensive way to make money from home or your hotel. Perhaps you can sell handmade goods, an interesting product or even exotic merchandise.

If you’re crafty, then you can make unique trinkets and sell them at the outdoor marketplaces. All you have to do is set up a table and you’re good to go.
